Due to the perishable nature of tea, any box that has been opened, unsealed, or used cannot be refunded or returned.
Exchange / Replacement Policy: Exchange / replacement requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery. Once approved, the exchanged / replaced product will be dispatched within 2–3 business Days and delivered with in 3-7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. Delivery will typically be made within 7–10 business days.
Once a return request is approved, we will process the refund within 3–5 business days. After processing, the refund will be credited to the original mode of payment within 7–10 business days, depending on the payment provider/bank.
Return & Refund policy
- If in case you have received a product that is different from what you had ordered please notify us at help@ngbeverages.com within 48 hours of delivery so that we can expedite your replacement request.
- If in case the product received is damaged or defective, please notify us via help@ngbeverages.com with clear photos/videos within 48 hours of delivery.
- Claims must include product photos, packaging photos, and an unboxing video (preferred) to qualify for a refund/return. Without photos/videos no claim will be approved.
- If any item is missing from your order, please reach out to us via email within 48 hours of delivery and we will get the remaining items shipped.
